The day begins early at Longitude 131°, with pre-dawn tours of Uluru and Kata Tjuta providing awe-inspiring sights as the sun illuminates the horizon. To prepare for the adventures ahead, premium espresso and fine-leaf tea are available, accompanied by a tempting grazing table of fresh-cooked pastries, fruits, and cold meats.
Lunch or dinner at Longitude 131° can be enjoyed at the Dune House restaurant, where diners have a captivating view of the nation’s spiritual heart. Alternatively, guests can experience the exclusive outdoor dining event, Table 131°, renowned worldwide for its iconic setting.
This extraordinary dining experience takes place on a remote dune top under a canopy of stars. With the southern skies creating a stargazer’s paradise, the night is complemented by the absence of artificial city lights, making it a truly magical atmosphere. The menu, prepared by talented chefs working by torchlight, presents four sumptuous courses, adding to the feeling of being in a natural theatre.
The central Dune House offers welcoming open spaces, featuring a restaurant and bar with ever-changing views of the majestic Uluru as a backdrop for dining. Additionally, contemporary campaign-style lounging areas invite guests to relax with refreshing drinks while sharing stories of their outback adventures.
