The team behind two-hatted restaurant, Ten Minutes by Tractor, is setting a new standard of sustainability with the opening of Allis, its newest dining experience.
This new wine bar, located on the site of the Ten Minutes by Tractor Cellar Door, offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, showcasing a carefully curated wine list from some of the most iconic producers in the world, along with a sustainable food menu.
“Allis was borne out of a passion for growth and evolution, continuing Ten Minutes by Tractor’s journey towards sustainability. This wine bar further demonstrates our dedication to bringing great wine and food together to provide a memorable experience for our guests and where they walk away having learned or experienced something new” said Martin Spedding, Owner of Ten Minutes by Tractor.

Allis’ menu is fresh, innovative, and designed to showcase the winery’s low-waste food philosophy. Guests can indulge in the à la carte menu or try wine flights, coupled with small snacks and morsels to complement each wine they taste.
Explore Allis’ carefully curated wine list featuring iconic producers from around the world as well as a selection of rare back vintage wines from the Estate. The food menu will also showcase produce from the Ten Minutes by Tractor regenerative farm and the wider hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula, further reinforcing their sustainable approach.
